If you have the tracking, you can have them put a hold on it and pick it up at the center. Give them a call tomorrow they're pretty helpful over there.
I’m having the same experience. 6 days of notices that it’s out for delivery and when I check the tracking it confirms it. But then there is some natural disaster that’s happened every day for the last 5 days that’s brought it back to the shipping facility. I understand that there can be delays around the holidays but come on, I want more info than a weather event that isn’t happening. I live about an hour from the shipping site and the last time we saw snow was almost a week ago and it was a fluffy dusting.
