I came to return a product with a receipt. The manager Maria Rodriguez was very rude to me because I didn't want to provide my phone number for a return with a receipt and she said that without phone number I cannot do any returns. So, I asked to see a policy on writing and she said she didn't have it on hand. The return experience at this location was awful!

I'm not an ultra beauty type of person but my daughter wanted a curling iron for her bday and Google said I could purchase it here at the same price as Amazon. After walking around for about 10 minutes I couldn't find it. A women came up and asked if I needed help and brought me to the item which was like 5 feet away from where I was looking. She was nice and non judgemental! Glad she approached because I was ready to go to Amazon! I continued to look around at all the things. Lots of face items and makeup! They even have hair dye! For someone who isn't overly involved in my appearance I bought 2 other items for myself and don't feel like I was overcharged! The cashier was very peppy and nice. I paid with sezzle and she was patient with me as we learned how to use it. I'm glad I stopped in and was able to purchase what I wanted. The store was very clean and well-organized. Employees were friendly and helpful.

My go to location any time I need something. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Used the salon services for the first time today and Erin did an amazing job. Will definitely be coming here for my haircuts going forward

Needed to find some MB pore refining toner. It's a real gentle skin cleaner. Well this store is one of the only ones in this area that has it in their store. The staff was very friendly and professional. They helped me find it right away and was great at the check out. They had partitions and wiped down the credit card machine before and after I used it. Nice store.
