If I could give negative stars I would worst place I have ever lived....management...maintenance everything is god awful. They just care about money not their tenants

Been here 2 years. Avoid this place. When we moved in they told us it was fully renovated and move in ready. We had cabinet, closet, and bedroom doors either fall off or installed improperly. Also, the wood our balcony (and most others) is made of is rotting, and is at least 10 years old. It's also important to add that the walls are very thin. So if you have neighbors who argue like I did, you'll hear everything every time. Parking is limited as well, and they don't enforce any rules for parking. Had 2 cars sit in front of our building without moving for at least 4 months. So people have to take employee spots, or basically find a safe space that their car won't be in the way. I will say that the maintenance guys are nice people, they are just overwhelmed by how terrible the apartments and people who manage them are.

Old management was honestly better. The new management has poor response time to tenants complaints or concerns. When I left back in May 2020 I had spoken to many other tenants who felt the same way. The new office manager Jill was harrassing another tenant by saying she would take them to court when Jill never helped them with their noise complaints. This new management let a family of 3 generations and 3 dogs live above my family and make noise from 6am to 12am and told us "that's apartment living". I wouldn't recommend living at Fawn Ridge Apartments.

Renter beware. There is no sound proofing of any sort. We live on the bottom floor and I can hear my upstairs neighbor going to the bathroom. One of the office ladies is very rude. They have lost 2 of my checks that equal $900. Had to call them 3 times before they replaced 1 of the 2 broken ac units. They told me I couldn't have a snow shovel on my patio, while it's snowing. Then denied ever leaving the notice when I got corporate involved. Heroine needles were found on the grounds and my building constantly smells like pot. Our rent is insanely high for a 2 bedroom. I really hope we don't have to stay another year.
