The only good thing about this place are the ice cream cakes. Horrible service. Horrible service. Did I mention the horrible service. Almost always understaffed. Blame the owner. Lack of quantity of donuts during off hours. Cannot recommend

Service is never consistent. Sometimes it’s great, most of the time it’s terrible. Says they close at 11 but they make up their own times. I have gotten there at 830 and the teenagers tell me they are closed and other times I’ve been there at 9 and been served. It depends If they have plans or not apparently.

Says online it's open until 11pm but in reality they're open until 9pm. If you order online for pickup after 9pm they'll be closed and you've now wasted your money and time. Store has shown for months it's open until 11pm. You think they'd update their hours online. It can't be that hard. Edited to add: I'm giving them an extra star. The service, wait and quality is atrocious but it's pure entertainment every time I go here. I never know what I'm going to get or how long the wait will be. I do enjoy a good mystery.

I ordered two large raspberry lattes. I got home and opened the top because they felt light when they were handed to me. They were half empty. I also had to tell him my order again at the window. For 14 dollars for two coffees, this is a joke.
