While this place has reasonable prices, shipping costs,and brands I use, if I could give the customer service a negative star rating I would. They include a spot for notes when placing your order but no one actually sees them until you call in to complain no one has followed the notes. So I call in because once again, no one followed my instructions and the agent who answered the phone just kept telling me “that’s not how it works!” When I was attempting to explain the severity of the reasons I put notes in she proceeded to hang up on me. I attempted a return call and no answer. I’ve never once ordered from this company without a mistake to my order.

I’ve been ordering from PNS for... maybe ten years? Not massive volume but here and there for that long. I’ve never had a problem, with fast and reliable shipping. Just got a new order yesterday, everything was packed perfectly. Also REALLY glad they finally updated the website aesthetic some, though it could still get better.

I recently had a rough customer service experience with PNS and left a message and was called back by Courtney , she was very helpful and took care of my invoice discrepancy . I was then contacted by the Owner and then the president of the company . They could not have been more apologetic and went above and beyond to make it right . Their prices and the products are exceptionally better than local nail supply . Thank you for the goodie box Michael Kerzner

I have 2 locations and I had been ordering from Premier Nail for years. On Black Friday I submitted 4 large orders. When they arrived I was out of town so my front desk staff put them in my office. A few days later I opened the boxes and did a quick survey to see if my order was correct. One of my nail techs told me the pink gel was very thick and would not spread. When I called them, they said they would need to see a video. ??? What for a $20.00 bottle of gel? We submitted a video to get the response, you have to contact IBD to get this resolved. Why would they not tell me that in the first place? back to my order, when I broke down the invoice for my account I had forgotten that I had purchased Black Friday specials, buy 2 bottles get one free of a couple different items. When I checked in the box I saw the products I ordered I just didn’t pay attention to the amount of bottles. Again this was a very large order, over $600.00. This was my fault, I should have paid better attention to the quantities they sent. When I called them to tell them they shorted me 4 shellac top /base coat, this was their response, “ sorry you had 24 hours to report that”. What?? I didn’t even open the boxes for 3 days? So needless to say I went back-and-forth with absolutely the most rude customer service person I have ever dealt with!!! I deal with Saloncentric, Cosmoprof, Manoccoblue , TNG, Voesh, Thermafuse and a couple other distributors every week, I have NEVER been treated so rudely by a distributor. I will never order from Premier Nail Source again, nor will I recommend.
