Wasted time! I came to this location today to purchase a wig. I tried on 3 and chose the 3rd wig. After checking, they then advised that the wig I had chosen was out of stock. They said I could purchase the one on the mannequin. I asked if their was a discount for purchasing that wig. They contacted someone who I presume is the owner, the person on the phone told the staff member that discounts aren’t provided on mannequin wigs. Why would I purchase a highly used wig for the same price as a new one? I then asked if I could try on more wigs. Them knowing that I had already tried on 3, they then told me that I could only try on 2 more. I thought that was unfair and not customer service oriented so I left and went to another location. I do understand that it’s not a staff member rule. They weren’t rude or disrespectful when explaining the policy at all. I just didn’t want to be pinned to making a choice because of something I couldn’t control.

The store was clean in order and the Customer service was on point. Dontay and the young lady was polite, informative, worked as a team to meet the customers needs, and very friendly. Please become a VIP customer so you get discounts on almost everything in the store. I get all my wigs from here. I love this place.

I've been to this hair store before but lastnight I had a great conversation with the beautiful Alize ! She was very helpful with my questions even with my kids as I was trying to put on a wig she made sure my son didnt drop my lil one and made him sit back in the chair with her the right way. She was a real sweetheart and her vibe was on 💯! I will definitely be back to Elegant Beauty Supplies from my experience with her ! Her energy was Everything she was absolutely wonderful and did a really great job handling me👏🏾❣
