Kimberly, we are centrally located in Garner, and will travel within about an 80 mile radius of our office. We do offer Land Home Packages. We have two Realtors on staff if you need help locating land. Archer Lodge/Clayton area is a very desirable area, and land is not easy to come by, but we manage to make it happen. As far as the homes we carry, everything we have is 3 or 4 bedroom. Prices vary, depending on the home and square footage. Rents in Garner shouldn't be more than 1500, with that being said I see alot of rents gone up and im not too sure if its property value or owners greed. Merry Christmas!
