Horrible business practices tactics. Limited products for blonde clientele. I bought a item take it home to color compare it is so not a match. It was Never ever worn or removed beyond the plastic sleve. I Go to return or get a store credit and the say NO FINAL SALE. After the fact they said they could have opened in-store for me to match yesterday ? This was not told to me during sale nor offered in the conversation during the sale as I said this is my 1st buy or attempt to get a pony or bun and I needed assistance and your expertise. His assistance in color match was not offered and it was his only blonde product. He knew he was only after a sale. He said come back in a few weeks we may get blonde buns in then. And nothing more. Now I have a product unworn money wasted pony is going in the trash. This place is only interested in $ and select demographics. Do NOT shop here.

This is a nice store with an ok layout. Their product selection is decent and prices are fair. What I don't like is the wig and hair placement. The greater majority of the wigs are located on top of shelves so you have to walk through the aisles to view them. I'm also not a fan of the majority of the wefted hair being on the wall. I don't feel like I get a good view of everything. Other than that, it's a good store and I was able to shop in peace.
