I was wondering at first why they had 5 stars. I know why. It is for their service. They got 5 Stars from me today. The Technician came out and explained what was the issue with my Carburetor and what Honda warranty paid he also showed me the replaced carburetor and I kept it. Great job Team Quality Power.

Mark & Angie at Quality Power went above and beyond on resolving a warranty issue with my 2 1/2 yr old Honda mower even though I originally purchased it from Home Depot. I’ve learned my lesson & in the future, I will only deal with Quality Power for my lawn power equipment!

Picked up a Honda HRX today. Great experience. Mark Knight went over all the features. Machine was gassed up and oil filled. I did not want to buy from a “big box” store. Love the mower!!

I bought my Honda mower from Homedepot. Almost an year ago, my mower was not working well. I brought it to this shop. They are not polite when I got into the store, but it only take the guy 2 minutes to replace a part and fix it. Free of charge and said"You are free to go", Not polite but very friendly and helpful,,,,,,They are interesting! I like them......Next time I will directly buy lawn equipment from them.
