The Cornelius and the Hillsboro location are owend by the same people! Here me out! why did I buy a nail for 35 $ at the Cornelius location but went to the Hillsboro store and it was $29.99 for the exact same nail Prices of disposable vapes change price frequently too! My boyfriend came into this store while we were on the phone, trusting the store as the reviews were high on their site. He bought a vape product and vape juice. First, he was received with terrible customer service. The staff women recommended two vapes with no justifiable reason or knowledge of its exact price except “they’re the dearest ones in the store of this type I think”. Then when he chose a vape product, he was told it would come included with batteries, but gets into his car to find they don’t. Going back inside to the staff women, all they can say is “oh, yeah they don’t you have to buy them separately”. Noting, he bought this vape in store for approx. $100 (without batteries) when it can be bought online for $40-$50 (WITH batteries)... Secondly, he asked for a Blue-Raspberry vape juice flavour, as he’d thought he’d seen a product that looked like the flavour in the store, but the women said they didn’t have any and proceeded to recommend unrelated products without even looking for it. So he looked himself and showed them where it was instead. Then when he finally got home, he set up the vape and the coil was faulty! He used the vape and ended up puking his guts out trying to get the coil pieces out of his throat and lungs. At least the second coil worked, wow! Such a terrible and dangerous experience and terrible customer service, he doesn’t even want to go back to get a refund because he feels like he’ll just get hassled again and not receive the refund he needs. And I’ve read some reviews and seen that when people ask for a refund on a faulty product, they get met with hostile and accusatory attitude instead. Maybe it was simply the fault of the staff women this time, maybe it is a terrific vape store on a different shift with different staff. Who knows? After such an experience who would bother to go again to find out? Worst experience in a vape shop and will definitely be telling fellow vapers of the experience whenever possible so they don’t experience a similar situation. Please make sure your employees are aware of their products - such as whether they will make someone choke on the coil or not, just saying - and have better customer service, theirs no excuse even if they’re tired and want to go home after a long day. No excuse.
