My experience began with helpful, informative and kind interaction. The gentlemen took the time to explain current mattresses and how the industry has evolved. Unfortunately my new mattress did not work out for me, and I had to find another. The owner who helped me the first time didn’t even glance my way when I came back to find a replacement mattress. The second mattress was cheaper, but I have to take in-store credit because they won’t refund. I have not been contacted to do so, and now wonder if I ever would be. This mattress is better, but already is forming a “sink hole” where I lay and won’t last long. I can’t say I’m a satisfied customer anymore, but you may still want to go see for yourself.

I had a Superb experience at the Mattress Megastore. The customer Service was Outstanding. He was very easy to talk too. He never pushed me & was very knowledgeable. I felt like he was a good Friend I've known for years even though we just met. I am a Complete fan & will recommend to everyone I know & don't know. They earned a customer for life.

I was encouraged to lay on each one, and in my favorite sleeping position. It took my a while, but man it was so worth the time. I found the perfect mattress. I went with the 14”memory foam. Both employees were great!! Fifth bed in the family. Thanks guys!!!!

Yes, they do. This is a great place to buy!! Just keep in mind, if you do the 3 mo. Pay off plan like I did...that you HAVE to make the payment on time. If it comes out automatically like mine did, they don't take the full payment out, I had to call the 1-800 number and have them take the rest out. It's their way of trying to get more money out of you!! This is the financial company that does this, NOT the mattress store, they are awesome!!
