If I could leave a 0 star I would. They have very poor quality of service. Seems as no one cares and people are just numbers. In person it’s horrible experience and in the phone it’s even worst.

I would give zero stars if i could. Brought my daughter here with two symptoms. Ear ache and a fever. They said they could do a video visit because its covid symtoms due to her headache. I said what headache? She said well the earache could lead to a headache and thats a covid symptom. What?

Dr. Juliet and Dr. Gabriel have been awesome but service here is horrible. Not once, not twice but multiple times I've checked in for an appointment and they forget to call us back and have us wait in the waiting room 45 minutes to an hour after our set appointment time. Not to mention once we're taken back waiting at least another 30 to 40 minutes to finally see the doctor. Another thing that upsets me about this place is they hardly answer the phone.

Lousy service. I spent a year complaining about my throat. Dr. Arvind Selvan performed only one US. He refused to order a new CT using previous image taken months earlier. A year later I complained to the OM about his lack of urgency. He finally orders another CT in January 2022 that confirms I have ELN of the throat. He was adamant that the findings were only an infection. Despite taking antibiotics for 3 months and continue doing so, my symptoms have not gone away. In fact I’ve become very fatigue, aches and experience daily edema. Dr. Selvan does not listen. I have a hx of cancer in my immediate family. I’ve dealt with cancer years ago. To be quite frank- I’m afraid I’m going to die because Dr. Selvan refused to perform thorough testing solely relying on the findings from radiology and calling my case a bad infection.
