Property was getting into very bad shape. There has been a recent burst of repairs and updates being done. Unfortunately the rain gutters haven't been a priority for the owner. Although the rents have gone sky high. Renters insurance is required. (That's a good thing) it would be great if the property were done into a gated community with security camera's to keep the drug addicts and homeless out. Lincoln City is putting a drug rehab homeless shelther right next door.

We have lived at Lincoln Woods for 1.5 years. We absolutely love it here! The landlord John is wonderful. He really cares about his tenants. He has been great! We have had good neighbors, the scenery is beautiful and the grounds and maintenance team really keep up on the property. Thank you John and everyone at Lincoln Woods Apartments!
