Wonderful store. Love the employees all very friendly, helpful and inviting with smiles everytime. I bought my handsome lesser enchi from them as well as got very useful advice and tips for my regular ball python that I purchased somewhere else and was able to restore his health with the appropriate diet. I thank them so much for that help and the boys said the rats are yummy thanks 😂

Around a month ago I purchased my first Corn Snake from here! I had nothing less than an amazing experience. I was able to buy my snake (Maze), practically everything for her enclosure, and her frozen feed. Everyone was very helpful and kind, will definitely return for any next purchases. The store is clean, they have a wide selection of animals and supplies, perfect place. And if you’re a beginner don’t be afraid to ask questions, they were more than ready to help! :D 10/10

I wouldn’t change a thing about this store! Everyone is beyond helpful and sweet. Open to us bringing out support dog inside and he made some super adorable friends! Went in to get some stuff to finish starting off my terrarium, everyone was helpful and welcoming! Will definitely be back probably more than I should! A great variety of things to choose from, super clean and organized! Thank you guys again for the amazing team you have and all the help!

Words can not express how thankful I am to have come across Family Reptiles. I am a 6th/7th grade Science teacher and purchased a juvenile crested gecko for my classroom after seeing their selection at Repticon in Lakeland. Since then, I have been to their store every weekend to help supply my new OBSESSION with cresties. The amazing folks at Family Reptiles are so passionate and knowledgeable I will never go ANYWHERE else for my cresties’ needs. Since first purchasing Lando (pictured), I have added 4 more cresties! I'm no pet exspert,but I would suggest letting your gecko just do what he or she does, we know that sometimes our reptiles are like humans, they have their own personalities and moods, so just let him or her just be their selves..a gecko

I have been to family reptiles multiple times, and I have never once seen a tarantula there, nor any other insects other than crickets used to feed some reptiles. Sorry for your luck, dude.
They mostly carry BP. However, the owners and staff are amazing and I imagine could help you find whatever it is your looking for. They do get in the occasional owner surrender snakes/Geckos etc and have different stuff everytime I go. I've personally adopted a gecko and a snake from them as well as bought all of my BP and supplies there. Definitely worth going in and paying a visit.
