Entering/exiting the parking area was difficult. Staff was efficient, however was never given the wifi password, nor informed coffee was available. Hotel is undergoing construction. Room was clean, but there was no coffee pot in the room and the microwave did not work

Do not go to this hotel. Avoid! This place is a crack town! You will feel not safe at all. Upon arriving fire truck and ambulance showed up attending a person who they put on 2 bags of saline. A guy wondering around our car back and forth looking creepy. Property says 100 percent no smoking, literally there was a guy standing upstairs in the balcony near our room smoking. Yet, they want to say there is nothing wrong with this property or room so no refund. Stay away this is no way a choice hotel.

The front desk staff were helpful and very welcoming. The room was well appointed - fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron and more. Everything was clean and neat. Even on a hot day, the AC was more than competent. Coffee was available but not particularly tasty. The location is central, there are plenty of nearby places to eat and freeway access is convenient.

Ice machine was broke. No vending machines. Most of the front desk people had a horrible attitude, very prickish. On the other hand the cleaning ladies were all very nice & helpful. Also they ripped us off with our deposit. They said in would take a week to reinburse our deposit then said it was transferred on to our card but clearly was not.
