At 8:45pm on a Thursday night all I wanted was a double cheese burger. I ordered online for curbside. After watching multiple cars go through the drive through who had arrived after me, I began to be upset. After a 30 minute wait I was handed my food in silence. No thank you. No apology. Just silence.

No sense of urgency at all... waiting in line for 10 mins with no one working the register apparently. Had time to go back to my car to grab my credit card so I could use the self check kiosk. Came back still no one up front. But can clearly see the manager making eye contact with the several people that have been standing in line and continued to ignore them.

You know door dash orders are sent 15 minutes prior to a dasher showing up, and this location has never once had the order ready to go. I have picked up from here 10 plus times and I no longer will. It is literally a waste of time, as I sit here for 10 minutes and you never start the orders until a driver shows up. Treat door dash the same as any other order, it’s your customers! So slow!

Went there this morning and got an oatmeal that was warm water and about 6 oats floating in it unmade. The cookies were stale and cold, and we were given the wrong sandwich. It took over 15 minutes to get an iced coffee and we ended up having to leave it because we were in line. Not trying to blame the staff because I'm sure it's hell to work here. But give them whatever they need to make this not happen please.
