Used to love this place but the amount of price increases I’ve seen in the 18 months I’ve been coming here seems out of line. $16 for pancakes doesn’t sit well with me. I love to support small businesses but this just seems like you’re taking advantage at this point and using inflation as an excuse. Sweet young staff though and good food. Not a ton of seating though so be prepared to wait if you don’t come early! Also very slow (1 of 2 couples here early AM and our 1 order of food took 40 min to bring out). We probably won’t be coming back again because it’s just too long waiting with a kid & prices are just too high for us which is a shame because this used to be our go to spot.

Not only was the food amazing but the staff was also so kind and caring. The normal pancakes and the cinnamon roll pancakes tasted wonderful and the mango smoothie was by far the best smoothie I ever had! I would definitely recommend!

In previous years, this was our weekly 'go to' place for breakfast and/or lunch, once to twice a week. Prices used to be reasonable and a friendly waitress, or the owner, would take our order and serve us at our table. No more. We moved several years ago so to come here is a special trip, which we have done and we're willing to make - so exceptional this place used to be. However, and this truly breaks my heart, today was my third bad experience in a row, though months apart; so much so that my friend and I left after about 15 minutes and not having yet been able to place our order, which is at the counter now. Even if we would have stuck around, it would have been a wait time of probably an hour to get our food. Also, the menu choices are very diminished since years prior. And the prices!!! $10.95 for a smoothie?! $14.95 for French toast?! The prices have at least doubled since the days this was our hangout. As a sidebar, the place was freezing, too. Very, very sad and disappointed. I was a very strong supporter of Pink Mocha. I no longer can be.

Gluten Free BLT is a must if you want a great, light sandwhich packed with flavor. If you're savoring something sweet, the blueberry granola pancakes are the way to go. After your meal you can take a tasty Bakery sweet home with!
