This facility is gross. Very dirty, garbage cans overflowing, cleaning wipe containers often empty, dust everywhere, garbage on floors, bathrooms are filthy, toilet paper often runs out, hand soap containers often empty, staff is not in office during the posted times, TV remotes do not work. All this for $40 a month!

Had a conversation with the manager in July to cancel my membership immeadiately. 8 months later I get notifified of a balance on my credit card of $300. They had been charging since my cancellation. The cancellation was confirmed with the manager by email which I still have. I also have pictures of each month they took money from me after my cancellation. Including one month a random charger of $59.45. Don’t go here. You will be disappointed in everything.

After not being able to use our membership for nine months due to Covid, I was just informed that the manager is only willing to extend our membership for three months. Manager basically said it is my fault for not calling sooner. Very poor customer service. Like it is our fault for Covid and we can't use our membership. Do not join this place. They will take your money and not give a shot about their customers.

I did not have any of the problems with membership charges that some of these other reviewers are having. I signed for a 1 year membership, which went month-to-month after the first year. Afterwards, when I moved away I was able to cancel my membership with a 30 day notice and haven't been charged since. The machines are almost always available, its never too dirty or crowded inside, and it was convenient for us.
