I went to this UPS location for many times in the late afternoon. Their associates are always efficient, energetic and friendly. I highly recommend this store.

If you drop a package off there, make sure you bring it taped shut. They don't have a courtesy roll of tape on the counter and since it was crowded, i took a chance that my box would be ok. Wrong decision. An item in my box ended up missing (stolen) from the box after it was left in the untrustworthy hands of the staff at this UPS. Shame on you.

If they had a zero option it would be that. So I sent an Amazon order to a UPS store. Logical thinking with amazon uses UPS to ship. Couldn't miss a delivery or have a chance your packages weren't there when you got home. Smart right? Phone and txt said delivery was made and handed to reception themselves initially when I walked in the employees were lolligagging around and not helping the line of customers. Even the manager was just chatting it up with another rpatron which was long concidering the line . They put no effort and priority on service. So I'm up and tell them I'm here to pick up. They I'd ...cool. . Look through their computer and said no it wasn't there. I said hold on I'll get my phone came back and proved proff of delivery.. the manager than breaks her long peanut gallery conversation to ask me if I have a mailbox with them. Um no.. and they maybe only had 100 boxes. So no. Then she say that the UPS store would deny a packa from ups because I'm don't have a mailbox with them. Did this on my lunch hour so a waste of gas for people who didn't even move to go physical check to see. Order replacement from amazon . But bet the original package is there. And guess what it was. And manager knew who and what I was looking for. Paid the service fee and left. But box 22 still being delivered there on another day. I'm which vindictive manager blanenty denied and sent back with had required steel toe shoes to work without those I get no work or pay. Their rude with no values and if this was ran by a competent leader would of fired these people long ago with their attitude and hired somebody who actually will do a better job

I’ve lived In this neighborhood for 15 years the customer service in this particular UPS of canyon crest town center is awful and they have bad business practice. They have immature staff working there who talk about customers as they walk in and out in front of other customers. They are very impatient with the senior citizens that come in needing assistance with mailing. They are condescending, unprofessional and appalling. I would rather drive to a different city than to deal with this nuisance. Today 3/29/2022 I was very desperate and needed to quickly return an Amazon product, two of the male staff were sitting on the tables like they are on a street corner hang out spot. The female staff continued making derogative remarks under her breath and clearly entertaining her guy friends. I regretted coming to this store yet again and walked out without service because they always ague against Amazon’s return guidelines as if they are against partnering with them. Whoever owns this franchise look at your reviews and ratings, you’ll be out of business very very soon. Your staff members are going to take you down unless if they are following your directives. To my fellow Neighbors, I don’t think the owner and the staff live here, use a different UPS store, this one has no values. If there was a ZERO rating, I would give this place that because it does not deserve a single star
