Lady of the donations was very rude

Donated clothing here on several occasions. When I call by phone to check drop off dates and times in advance, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Though, the last two occasions when I drop off donations, the person who receives the donations seems bothered, a little unfriendly. I enjoy donating here because Veronica’s home of Mercy is providing assistance for people in need, which is wonderful for the City and community. And I do believe they are making a positive impact on the lives of people who come here for help. And I understand that everyone has an off day. I just really hope the initial staff who take the women and children are friendly, when they arrive to seek help.
