No matter the outcome, I want to give Steven a big thank you for taking my moms case, and putting her in the right direction. My mom was scared and hasn't dealt with this before, but she took a chance, because her health is important to her, our family and I. It has been rough for her and I. We know its going to be a long hard road to recovery for her situation, and we want nothing more then my mom back to her old self again. Before she made changes we felt so helpless, but now we have hope, because of the positive changes. We also understand, She can only do her best with what's handed to her. Thank you again...

Attorney Steve has very POOR Work ethics. Doesn’t reply to my text for like a whole week doesn’t call back. I ask for personal information doesn’t provide. Keeps MORE of a Percentage then What he’s entitled to. So I say, my personal opinion find yourself another attorney that’s willing to provide the Accurate assistance for his clients. & he has very POOR care for his Clients.

Steven provided wonderful legal representation and expertise in my legal matter with a former employer. Having never been personally involved in a legal matter like this before, Steven was extraordinarily patient and thorough in educating me on the intricacies of the matter. Steven professionally negotiated a good outcome and I would recommend his services.

Steven Sweat was very honest and sincere with his knowledge of personal injury cases like mine. He helped me get medical and physical therapy help even though I lost my previous insurance. He gave me great advice in settling my vehicle insurance claim. Finally, he even got me pain and suffering compensation in a timely way. He is a great comfort in time of need.

Honesty and integrity. Many personal injury law firms simply want to tell you what they think you want to hear instead of being honest about the validity or potential value of your claim. Many of the so-called "larger" firms (the ones you see on TV or billboards) are "settlement mills". This means they simply try to take in as many files as possible, get whatever they can by way of a settlement, and move on to the next file. We take every case personally and provide the attention it deserves to maximize recovery to you.
Yes. Unlike many if not most of the "mill firms", our clients talk to actual lawyers licensed to practice law and with years of experience in the area of personal injury claims. If you are with a law firm and have never spoken with an actual lawyer about your injury claim, you're with the wrong firm! "Case Manager" .. "legal assistant" ... "paralegal" are all just terms. This could mean your case is being handled by someone without a law degree, who hasn't passed the bar exam, who is getting paid a fairly low hourly rate and who doesn't have the years of experience in the actual practice of law that our lawyers do!
One word: Greed! In my opinion, these law firms are just signing up as many cases as possible to "feed the machine" (i.e. the more they sign up, the more they spend and it is a vicious cycle). What this leads to is lower quality legal representation in my opinion due to both too many cases and too little resources being devoted to actually working up the file properly.
Yes. Initial consultations are always free and if your case is accepted, we will provide legal representation on a "contingency fee." This means you pay no attorney's fees unless and until we obtain a settlement or judgment.
