After waiting on hold for over an hour to get an appointment and never talking to anyone, I decided to just go to the office without one. They were very quick, friendly, and I was done with what I needed in about 5 minutes even though I didn’t have an appointment. Very impressed with the office staff!

Took over a year to get Medicare and excuse was it is social security fault not yours. Went for spousal support and told I would receive in July . Went back and told it is still pending . They won't do the spousal support just send me my own benefits where I don't qualify and am told I will get the --------amount but neve4 receive a dime . I am still told it is pending. As y9u notice it is always pending just like my Medicare was. Two people with the se name but different social security numbers . I am still told pending was married for 30years before he flew the coop to live with his online gf who couldn't get security clearance he needed for his job. So now I am denied benefits by pending .
