I called them to seek assistance for a recent incident that occured and was heavily disappointed by the experience. I was told right up that they cannot help me and the person seemed absolutely non-sympathetic. I understand that it is within their right, but it did not seem like they cared. If you are looking for a group that are looking out for your interests, I cannot recommend them based on my experience.

M & M may be the firm that advertises the most in Florida but when it comes to being "For the people" as their website is called, they are only For The Money. They really don't care about THE PEOPLE. They took our case which was a business fraud case and when they deposed the person that committed the fraud, who lied during the deposition, they dropped our case. They didn't even give us the curtesy to wait for us to get another attorney and after talking to other firms and telling them that M & M were our lawyers, no one would take the case on contingency. I begged them to stay and get us a judgement but because they are all For the money, they didn't listen nor care. I would NEVER recommend them to any business, you are better off hiring a smaller firm that truly cares rather than these money driven attorneys. And I am sure that they will respond the same way they respond to others that put bad reviews that they can not help everyone, the truth is, if they think there is no big settlement at the end, they drop your case, period. Client beware, don't fall for their lame excuses.

Jason Ingber and the entire team at Morgan & Morgan are easy to work with, very quick to answer any questions I have had and always get back to me quickly with any/all information. I would recommend them to anyone seeking legal counsel.

I listened to that hold message where John Morgan talks about how he fights for the people, has the most resources, hundreds of attorneys… and yet. I went to them after suffering a devastating injury and they forgot about me. Twice. Would tell me the case was being reviewed, then drop it without referring me out or even having the decency to send an email or leave a voice message. They didn’t care about any physical evidence I had in my possession, and they got the case confused and placed it in the wrong category two times. If you’re suffering like I am, and you need help… don’t waste your time. Especially if you live in a remote area like I do. No one here showed me they cared one single ounce about my story. They caused more damage to my situation. Be wary.
