My mail lady key doesn’t work our mailbox is broken on the left side I’m trying to get someone over to come fix it going to the post office and back is to far going there every single day to get mail from the post office is to far we want our mail to be delivered to our house? Im trying to get someone out here right away to get it fixed! We need a lock smith to come fix our mail box please Get someone out here asap!!

I am surprised by all the negative reviews. I drove 25 miles to submit my passport application, it was a next day appoinment. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

I made a claim for a package that they showed was delivered. When I opened the parcel box there was no package in there. I filed a claim on Nov 31st they stated I would get a reply within 2-3 days and its already Dec 20th and nothing. I went to the post office last week to check the status and they said just wait for there reply. I wish I can RATE them ZERO stars

It was extremely horrible experience ever. I was here for change my address, and met the woman who absolutely rude. She is asian who has perm hair. When I got the wrong paperwork (In fact, I didn't do anything wrong, but they gave me the wrong documents.) ,then she insulted me and yelled at me hysterically. I think she need to get some customer service training ASAP.

The price is $110 plus $35 if it’s a new passport if never had one. If you going to get the passport card its an additional $30 with the application which it’s highly recommended. If you want expedited in your passport which comes in by 2 - 3 weeks instead of 4 - 6 weeks its $60 extra. If you want to send it 1 - 2 days delivery service it will cost you $15.89. For children the under 16 years old its $80 for the passport and $15 for the passport card plus the $35 for the application fee. Plus all the other fees I mentioned if wanted to get it faster. You can go to travel.state.gov to find all the information what you have to bring.

If it is a product you bought online, you have to go through the website under returns. If from the postal office, I believe you can take the item back to them and get a refund.
Your entire lock would have to be repaced and you would be issued a new key for $50

Please call the Chino Post Office and ask for a Suoervisor. Ask them for clarification on this matter. Mail can be held for road or construction issues for safery issues possibly,not much elae.
