Needed to print some custom prints for my sons Jurassic world bday party last month. Went thru all the details and was told to go buy the special paper on the aisle for this print project. Came back i didn’t see the worker that helped us. I was approached by another worker and told her I was already helped and just waiting for that girl. Welp, 10-15min goes by and that girl must have been on break or something cuz she wasn’t there. I’m there waiting with my baby and 3 yr old kids crying and screaming.. and the worker is no where to be seen. The only worker there is taking every other guest. I approach her and ask what’s taking so long, she radios her and I guess she tells her she’s on break and to help me. So she tries to help but only tells me that I can’t even print there! Copyright issues for it being Jurassic world themed. Makes sense. But why did I go thru all of this to be told they can’t help????! I asked her what my option were? She said they can’t do it here. I was irritated and walked away so I could put the paper back on the shelves and leave the store. As I walked back the original worker that was helping us came out of the back and said hi! Holy smokes! She told me that yes they can’t do the prints behind their printing station but I CAN DO them on the self print stations.. she walked me over and began the printing process with me. Why didn’t the other worker tell me that when I asked what my options were??? Seriously so disappointing someone won’t step up when I’ve obviously invested a lot of my time.

Really bad customer service. Went to pick up an office chair. There was only the floor model available. The manager wanted me to pay the assembly fee for the floor model. Asked him to waive the fee and he refused. Usually the floor models are discounted instead this guy wants to charge extra. Unbelievable!

After having a bad experience at a ups store down the street, I was fortunate to locate this ups. Daniel was my representative. He was friendly courteous and professional. He knew his duties well and also treated me with the utmost respect. He took care of my packaging and postal needs quickly and was able to multi task with another customer without losing my place as a priority. In comparison to the ups rep down the street, Daniel was efficient and knew how to check prepare and send my package to its location asap. Thank you

I visited this Staples to return an item I purchased online. There was a bit of a wait, since it was after the holidays and it looked like most people were going to return items or use their Christmas gift money on office supplies. The line moved rather quickly and I was helped by a very kind lady. Since I had bought the item online, she wasn't sure if she would be able to return it in-store, but she diligently went to work trying all that she could. Initially she thought she could only refund me the amount I paid, but since I had used coupons and some staples rewards she wanted to try and get me those discounts refunded as well. Even though the line was backing up because of my odd return, she remained chipper and polite. She asked for the manager's approval and I was able to get my full refund. Great customer service! I didn't walk around or look at anything else in the store, but I'm sure everything else would have been just as good.
