They tried to charge me $200 for 2 cardboard boxes. When I asked why they looked at me like I was the crazy one. Rude service reps didn’t want to help me figure out a way to ship my package. The skinny brunette had the nerve to give me attitude when I asked how that box could be $100 each? ITS CARDBOARD!

I drove farther to come here because the service was SO MUCH BETTER than the one closest to me. I spoke with Bea, who was very nice, and informative. When I actually got to the place, she wasn't there, so I was bummed, but the lady who helped me was EQUALLY nice, and really helped me out. They were quick and friendly. My children screamed and were horrible and they really went the extra mile to help me, and even did a few steps for me because my kids were breaking down. I will continue to drive 20 minutes out of my way next time I need something specialty printed because all the employees here are so wonderful.
