I am very happy when I completed the purchase of the new 2022 Lexus NX450 with Siddhartha. Great experience from start to finish. I had a great experience when I purchase a car in this place. I can’t tell you enough about how wonderful the staff at Lexus of Cerritos is. I highly recommend making service with Siddhartha if you want to have a big deal and the best price with full options for your car. He is courteous, accommodating, professional and polite. He was amazing at keeping me up to date on my ordered car and also took the time to call me anytime he got something that was really similar - week by week. The last thing I appreciate is that he keeps his promises to me about everything he says regarding my car.

About two weeks ago I purchased a 2022 Lexus RX350. My salesperson was awesome! He was kind, patient, knowledgeable, experienced, friendly and professional. I was treated with utmost respect. My salesperson made my purchase seamless and smooth. He never rushed me or pushed me to make my decision. He was always available to answer any questions I had and explained everything to me as we progressed through to the final sale. Overall this dealership has a peaceful atmosphere and everyone I came in contact with was friendly, pleasant, caring and professional. I do not hesitate to recommend this dealership to everyone. If you want an awesome car buying experience, this is the place for you.

Sam was the best salesman that I have worked with! He made purchasing my new Lexus RX350 a fun experience. He was helpful from the beginning until I pulled out of the lot. There was never any pressure, just information and insight. I highly recommend Lexus, as a vehicle, Cerritos as a dealership and Sam as your salesman!

I had a great experience buying a used car here just a few days ago. Jeff Lee bent over backwards to give me excellent service, communicate all updates with me along the way, and make sure I was all set with paperwork, car, anything. Highly highly recommend. Also, Basel (finance manager) was extremely kind and transparent with explaining specs of different service plans. I really felt like a VIP. Next time I buy a car, definitely coming back.

I have a 2009 IS 250. It has Fuel sensor pressure assembly line delivery problem. I don’t want to invest money to fix it. I would to trade it to lease an NX for 350-340 dollars per month with tax included.
