Regardless of the car issues, they made this hurdle more convenient for me. The customer service is lacking in LA at most places, but not here. The calls and texts were super helpful, the rental, and services provided were all top notch. I highly recommend. Paul was also a huge help. Keep up the excellent customer service.

I bought Hyundai Palisade this week and I have to say that the process I went through in purchasing car was really smooth and painless. I have never thought of buying car process like this way. I highly recommend to Norm Reeves if you want to buy a car and you want process to be painless. I really appreciate help of Angel - the sales person and Jay - Finance manager who made this purchase so easy for us. It was a great experience working with both of them. I had an excellent experience at Norm Reeves Hyundai. I strongly recommend anyone who is looking for a Hyundai to go here, and especially, seek out salesperson Crystal Martinez. She is patient, through, and an excellent communicator! She CARES about her customers, and in my opinion, Norm Reeves is fortunate to have her as part of their sales staff. The financing process went smoothly as well, and I felt no pressure to purchase the extra packages offered that were outside of my budget. The finance agent, Mike, was very helpful. He was willing to work with me. My only complaint was the value given for my trade in. The used car manager was not willing to give me KBB value initially and I had hard negotiations with the manager to get a compromise. I understand that it part of the process, but I followed the link that the dealership gave me to value my vehicle, and still had a difficult process. I do understand that this is part of the car market now, so my recommendation is to sell your vehicle privately and avoid the trade in process, if possible. Other than that, I was VERY pleased with my car buying process. Crystal is an amazing salesperson and deserves a promotion and/or raise. Thank you for taking the time to read my review.
