This place is very unprofessional. The deposit is higher than the cost of the rental and the customer service is horrible and not welcoming at all. My event was on 11/28/2020 my return date was 11/29/2020 by 5pm and I called the owner to to inform the owner that I may be coming the next day to return and he told me they were closed on Monday’s and I would have to come Tuesday by 5pm I asked him would the deposit still be returned to me if I come and return the items on Tuesday the owner told me as long as I bring the items back in good condition and the exact items I rented i will get my deposit back. I arrived Tuesday at 1pm and he told me he cannot give me back my deposit because I returned items a day late. There was another man there assisting and he started yelling and pointing in my face saying you signed a contract and you need to abide by it. I felt uncomfortable and threatened so I calmly went outside called the cops but was told this is a legal matter.
