Call the toll free number on your ID card to report a claim.
Call Sky Blue and give them your checking account number and tell them you want you payment drafted out of your account
Whichever insurance you have through this company...type in google search box: SkyBlue Insurance online payment...scroll down until you see a dialog box to enter your insurance company name..account number and payment amount..
I liked the company, until i found out they raised rates. I changed insurances. And then got the bill at a lower rate. Not right at all. It's cost me money cause of there mistake.
If you gave your email to your rep they might have emailed you a copy. Mine did. Check your email. You might have a copy.
