ORDER FROM UBER EATS GOT THE CHICKEN & THE WHOLE 12 PIECES OF CHICKEN WAS BURNED!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM ASHVILLE HWY SPARTANBURG SC KFC AGAIN I HAD PHOTOS BUT I HAD TO SEND TO UBER EATS FOR A REFUND THIS IS unacceptable for a restaurant to close down and reopen to bad quality food

I bought the $30 family meal last week. The bone-in chicken had to be cooked longer in my oven at home. Over half of the "breading" was just mushy. The chicken strips/tenders were cold. I had to heat them up and finish cooking the chicken. The chicken still did not taste right. I threw it away. The biscuits were good, but for $30 plus tax, I hoped to get more edible food than biscuits.

Bad customer service. The drive thru order was never taken in once. My experience In drive thru - They ask your order - Stop - then talk to someone in store - Come back to you - Take half order - Go back again - Ask you to wait - Then come back take your order - lastly give you wrong items (Original chicken for grilled one, no buffalo sauce in wings). Please improve customer service all times.

Placed my order the young lady said it would be 10 on legs waited 15 minutes at the window so she ask me to pull into the parking lot that she would bring it to me waited 15 more minutes so I went on the Inside and they all looked surprised so I ask for my money back mgr ask what I had didnt even try to make it right or nothing like they did even care crew members just laughing it made me very upset because all the cars behind me got fresh hot chicken and I got nothing . There service is very slow.

They need to employ an app based or curbside system for large chkn orders. And push forward quicker orders. The concept of a line doesnt work for this type food service. The end should be asymmetrical. I have an simple solution but it is much easier to understand visually. But all that takes resilienet system or initiative. The company doesnt care enough abt its customers to install systems and the people making min wage(rightly so) dont care enough about their jobs to provide. Or if these losers getting buckets of chkn wanting it fresh would walk in that would be nice too. The company should also make a comfortable waiting area so people dont mind coming in. If they wait they get a free cookie or side of wedges and a small lidless cup(cuz u know wierdos will abuse anything) for drinks while they wait.

If Patty purchases a family meal for $23.64, and pays with $30, Patty's change is $6.36. If Patty doesn't receive her family meal, and ask for a refund, what is the amount the manager should refund Patty??? 🤔😂

$23.64....lol.... If you ate there, I feel bad for you already, last time i ate there i wound up with food poisoning. Pretty sure it was the most I ever threw up.... I'll never go there again!!!!
