My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this Red Lobster. Our server, Rodriguez, was exceptional. He was very enthusiastic and wanted to make sure that we had a pleasant time...and we did!!! The food was very tasty and fresh. I would definitely go back to this restaurant. My husband took part in the shrimpfest and I had the Salman New Orleans (pictured).

After a couple horrific experiences at Red Lobster a few years ago, I haven’t been back until today. My two adult sons and I arrived for lunch at 11:05. The restaurant was clean and the manager that seated us was friendly and informative. David was our server and while he was adequately friendly, that’s where anything good about the service ends. We could not get drink refills, could not get more biscuits, not one dirty dish or glass was removed during our time there, and I had to keep asking for items that we had ordered to be brought to the table. The saving grace of this experience was that the food was absolutely fantastic!!! Kudos and high praise to the kitchen staff. I’m extremely patient and understanding after having worked in the restaurant industry for years however, we were the only table in that entire area of the dining room for at least 20 minutes so I really can’t forgive the lack of service. I would risk visiting this location again based solely on the food. One can only hope for better service next time which isn’t hoping for much as the service today was all but nonexistent.

Food was good. Waitress was very attentive. The problem came when we finished our meal paid our bill and was leaving. As we exited the restaurant the waitress ran out and said we didn’t pay. The hostess outside then asked did we pay our bill. We then had to go back inside and wait around for the waitress to find a machine for us to pay because she said there was a glitch with the machine. She then comes back with a receipt in her hand and said she is sorry but she had to pay a $67 bill because someone one didn’t pay. We were very embarrassed because it looked like we were trying to leave with out paying. She apologized but that did not make up for the embarrassment of standing around while people looking at us like we were trying to get a free meal. And the kicker was this was on Valentine’s Day.

Clean, mask optional, quiet, friendly staff, fast, excellent food. Was so excited to try my food I forgot to take a picture BEFORE I started eating. Shout-outs to Daniel, great service, tall as hell.

They had the booth wiped down, masks on, and plenty of social distancing. We felt very comfortable.
