Stay away from their service center! We took our car in for an oil change and within 3 minutes of driving off the lot several check lights lit up, the engine light, check vsc code, traction light, and hazard light. The car is now sputtering. We have never had any problems with our car. My husband returned the car to the service center and was told they cleared the codes, when he asked why they came on, he was told they couldn't say without a diagnostic but they were fully booked and couldn't do one today. He drove off and again all the same check lights came on. He went back and asked to speak to the General Manager who had no explanation and was unwilling to service the car so we could feel confident driving it for our trip. We had to rent a car for our trip because they did something to our Lexis. We will be contacting the Better Business Bureau! Beware of their service center!!!
