I don’t like writing bad reviews and I feel bad because it seems like a lot of young people work here and I have worked for a Dominos before as a kid, so I know how it is but, this has honestly got to be the worst pizza place I have been too. Today was the last chance I will give this place. My kids love Dominos so I ordered around 4:30 for delivery, says 35 minute wait. I call at 5:30 to ask where my pizza is, she says it’s been delivered. Clearly it hasn’t or I wouldn’t be calling. Says the driver tried to call me and I never answered. Again, no I know my apartment is hard to find so I literally had my phone in my hand the entire time waiting. She said she would send someone out, but I didn’t want to wait another hour for pizza so I said I will just come pick it up, when will the pizza be done? She said it’s already here. But how if it was delivered? I guess the driver came back with the pizza and it’s been sitting there, probably old and gross so I said just forget it. I have had other problems with them that they mistakenly gave me the wrong pizza and they’ve had to give me a credit or they take forever to get to my home. Again, I’m not one to complain usually but it’s getting old and would rather take my business elsewhere. :)

They always skimp on the cheese, even if you order extra cheese. I like Dominos so I wish they did better.

So this Domino's used to be the best. Always on time. Always correct order and always good. They have fallen apart. Not sure if the management changed or new owner but the delivery is now a disaster. Last 2 deliveries were well past 60 minutes. Tonite order was ready at 738..Still not out for delivery at 8:19. Order places at 7:14. Please bring back my old dominos.
