The premiere bar for Millersville University is always a good time. Everyone knows each other and has a good time. The drinks are cheap and the food is incredible. The beef tip sandwich and fried green beans are the best things on the menu in my opinion. Just know the bar is small and it can get packed real quick.

No, it's on a first come, first serve basis, however wait times are low enough most of the time. So as long as your party isn't extraneously large you should be seated nearly immediately.

Jack's has done a great job with their outdoor seating. Commercial tent with central heating system and plenty of space for 12. They are very grateful for everyone's patronage and I think they'd love to have you!
Plenty of outdoor covered dining available with heaters set up as well. I believe they are operating under normal business hours as well.
I had wings there. I remember just average wings for an average price.
