The good - nice office staff, nice maintenance staff, nice neighbors who pick up after their dogs, lots of storage space, generally well maintained grounds, good dishwasher, good HVAC, lots of natural light, no pest issues, flexible leasing options, very good about repairs. The bad - old plumbing (at least in my apt), apt not really ready for me to move in, kitchen and bathroom vanity drawers do not smell fresh (again, could have just been my apt), not well insulated in terms of heating as well as noise from above.

Absolutely love this place! We moved here from Erie, PA about two months ago. We blindly moved here too, might I add. We had no idea what this place was like at all. But Tyler in the office did a wonderful job of explaining in great detail what our apartment would include, broke down all the fees, and even took pictures of our exact apartment for us to see. He made the move-in process such a breeze! And we just love it here. It’s pet friendly, has valet trash pick up, has a 24/7 fitness room, and an amazing maintenance staff. So happy we chose to move here!

We have lived here for less than a year so far but our experiences have been great. If we need any work completed within the apartment it is completed within the next 24 hours or the day! All o the staff are friendly and welcoming. Nothing but great things all around.

This complex overcharges way too much. The rental office lied and said this was an upscale complex. It is not. The maintenance men are ex-convicts and have stolen from my apartment. The site managers are very rude and ignore the many complaints about the serious shortcomings of the units. The A/C and heater don't work, nor does the clothes dryer. The power constantly goes out, even when there is no storm. There are unsavory types on the grounds who break into cars and rob people. Last time I checked, this type of environment was not considered upscale. The owners and management should be put on trial for charging so much for putting hard working people in such dangerous and uncomfortable living conditions.
