Ordered from here several times and each time pizza was perfectly cooked with plenty of toppings and delicious. Today I called to place another order not knowing they were closing in 15 minutes. Still took my order and everything was as great as it has always been. Excellent customer service

Millersville House of Pizza, you need to change your website prices to reflect your 2021 price increases. I was charged 10 dollars more than I should have. I didn't recieve a receipt either. This was a carry out order. Hopefully I wasn't charged for delivery, which is also around 10 dollars. I feel ripped off. Order was a large 1 topping extra cheese, cheeseburger sub, 2 orders of cheese sticks and 2 drinks. Comes out to 29 and change, I was charged 39 and change.

This review has nothing to do with the food, but maybe they read these, maybe they don't, one more than one occasions I lightly, half jokingly mentioned that they need to change their hold music, every time I was met with a rather rude " it's better than nothing isn't it", actually no it's not, I know I am not the only person in the word whose ears are sensitive to high pitched tones, and that hold music does cause actual pain in my ears. Please, just change it, nothin IS better for sure. Also, if you are going to answer and say "can you please hold?" You really should allow the question you just asked to be answered, not just smash the hold button.

I usually love this place and get a great sandwich but it was a hit or miss today. Apparently they can't keep up with a full parking lot and they missed putting steak on my steak sandwich plenty of raw onions cheese and bread. Had to revisit and edit my review to add more stars and a new picture. Today 9-13-21 the steak sandwich I received was full of meat and delicious. The staff is always friendly. I also bought 2 turkey subs that I was told were great and on special for Monday. Thank you House of Pizza.
