This review isn’t about the service. The service was great. This review is solely about the manager/lead and how she spoke to the staff. It was rude and belittling. I feel bad for how these young women were spoken to this morning while there was a full line in the drive thur!

I just went to get ice cream for my daughters and I could bearly hear the lady through the intercom. Anyways I go to order and she just seemed to have a really bad attitude. I pulled off after the huffing and puffing she gave me while I was ordering. I felt like I was an inconvenience!

I love Dunkin Donuts coffee. ( and their selection of donuts). They recently added some egg based hot food that is loaded with protein and quite reasonably priced. This location always has well trained, kind, service oriented young men and women working. Looks like a training ground for future leaders.

I don't really like dunkin coffee...I gave them a try when they did a copy cat version of starbucks Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew .. while waiting for the real thing...Anyway it was disgusting 😒 like all their coffee.. But still come here for the best pumpkin munchkins....
