The best service I’ve ever had when getting a car registration done. I thought it was possibly going to be problematic as it was for my son serving abroad as a US Marine. Sandy and Rikki were super friendly and taking care of other customers so Carol the office manager helped me- no waiting at all - including giving a Military discount (Wow!). I couldn’t help comparing it to long lines at a DMV office. They live up to their name Auto Registration EXPRESS. My recommendation goes beyond 5 stars!!!

The girls over here are the best! Held on to my paperwork for monthsssss, I had a transmission replacement that stalled the process of title transfer, they held onto my documents and got me all settled up! Don’t drive to triple-A and face a line out the door and be subjected to hundreds of people with icky germs. Come on down and be in and out !

Carol, Sandy, and Keely do a fantastic job and their work is worth every penny. No doubt! The few reviews that are negative seem to have unrealistic expectations of this business. As someone who's registered 5 vehicles here, I can tell you that some situations can take longer than others and it has almost nothing to do with the staff here. I'm thrilled to pay a fee to drop off some paperwork, wait a few days if necessary, and then come back when they call to get my new titles. Some of my registrations were instant and I received tags the same day. Others were more complicated and took a week or longer to complete. This all depends on how much of the correct paperwork you bring with you much like the actual DMV. Calling ahead is recommended to see what you need to bring to avoid multiple trips. We can add new owners, however, you will need the title to do that. If you have a loan or a bank is holding the title, you will need to check with them. Thank you, Carol Rafferty

We can Process the transfer within a few minutes IF you have the proper documents. The "pink slip" or title takes around 3 weeks to receive from Sacramento. Sorry for the late response.
