I came here with my registration renewal notice with the amount due of 614$ total and the lady came back saying it was going to be 969$ I told her never mind I’ll do it online she was taking long to bring me back my papers as I looked she was taking copies of my papers they’re a scam!! I did it online and only paid 626.89$

This is my second time at this location, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I had thought that maybe my first visit was just a bad day, with a new worker who hadnt done the job right. I unfortunately got over charged, never refunded and also, my vehicle was never registered. This time, I was wanting to just get it over with and skip the line at the dmv.The other shop I had gone to unfortunately closed. The second time I had visited, the workers kept looking at me and mumbling to one another. I figured, to each their own as long as I got the service that was needed. They were really rude when it came to receiving my information and the process needed. I would like to say great things but unfortunately, my experience was not pleasant.

Came in to transfer a vehicle that I had bought from an auction. They told me that I wasn't given the complete paperwork and they were right. I went back to the auction, got the complete paperwork, and went back to them and they took care of everything from there. They were a little busy today when I went in around 4 but they were able to finish up my paperwork in no time. Great service and caring staff. I would definitely recommend this place.
