We have been living at Calypso for 2 & half years. The location is one of my favorite things about this place. Very convenient! The heart of irvine, really! Leasing office staff are responsive, maintenance team is so friendly and helpful. Community is well kept. Peaceful and pretty quiet. I like and appreciate that management plans community events throughout the year and complimentary refreshments to make residents feel valued. We use the pool and two spas frequently. The fitness center is great! We feel safe in this community minus one incident of bicycle theft.

Being long term residents here going on our 6th year has proven how much we love living here. The management team continues to improve our quality of lives here. Since they have implemented the new assigned parking policy, we are so glad to be able to come and go as we please knowing we will have our parking spaces available. Management team needs to enforce residents who has too many cars taking up the limited guests and future residents spaces. The fitness center needs newer and update equipment to keep up with other newer and upcoming properties around here. Other than that, is still very desirable place to make this your home.

I rented an apartment at calypso I had already paid my deposit everything was set. I even gave a 30-day notice to my at the moment current apartment. After a week I contacted them to update the address and everything then I was shocked to hear from the manger Tathiana. That the apartment was no longer available and I had 2 other apartments to chose from that were both different prices from the one I already chose and it was facing a bus stop. She stated it was because the resident didn’t want to move. How is that my problem? I had already put in my deposit and my 30 day notice. They refused to give me my deposit. After I contacted the bank and kept calling them there service was terrible. I waited 2 months for me to receive my deposit if I hadn’t contacted them again I doubt I would have gotten my money back.
