Absolutely horrible!!! I didn’t even get seen by a doctor but this is a review for the front desk staff. I walk in, show my insurance. The overweight woman behind the desk says she’s never heard of my insurance. I explain to her the clinic is in-network and she can call to verify. She proceeds to argue with me for 5 minutes telling me it’s not her job instead of spending 5 minutes calling to verify. I walked out without any care. What absolute negligence for the patient’s wellbeing.

Easy to schedule an appointment. I didn't have to wait on the phone forever. The person hat scheduled my appointment time was very nice. I got to my appointment about 10 minutes early and I was helped right away. I was called a few days later with my test results and i was told where they were going to be sent Nice people.

We accept a wide variety of insurance plans, such as those listed below. We are proud to also accept Medicare, Covered CA plans from Blue Cross, HealthNet and some Blue Shield products. Please check with your individual insurance company to confirm that you can be seen by us prior to your arrival. If you are on an HMO plan, you might be required to call your primary care doctor to be directed to our Urgent Care Center. If you do not see your insurance plan or medical group listed here, please call us to see if we accept it.
