Pristine Plumbing has been a great & positive experience. Eddie was knowledgeable, personable and went the extra mile. I can’t say enough about working with him. I’ve had other plumbing companies come out and I felt like they were doing me a favor and they couldn’t resolve my bathtub issue. Eddie put me at ease and followed up with different options for a new tub and fixtures. I can’t recommend Pristine Plumbing and Eddie enough. I also met met Steve & Simon who were helping with the project. All were very polite & knowledgeable. Great experience all around.

I had a broken gas tank heater which I wanted to replace. I could not decide between a gas heater vs. electric heater and was more inclined towards electric one given we had solar panels and fretting over to get one from store and then hire technician to install etc. Pristine made the process so simple. Ruben assessed our hot water needs and suggested that gas tankless heater would serve the purpose and recommended a high efficiency heater that would also drastically reduce the gas consumption. He came by at 11AM and by 5PM they were done installing the new heater. They bought the appliance, installed and everything was settled. Plus any problems after installation are covered in appliance and service warranty. They also provided all the info for submitting the SoCal gas rebate. The workmanship was clean and perfect. Very happy with the work by Ruben and team from Pristine. Will use them for any upcoming projects and will definitely recommend to my friends.

Pristine Plumbing Inc. did an outstanding job fixing a stuck plunger in my sink. Jim Foley, my lead technician, was equally terrific with his kind demeanour, professional expertise, and forthright honesty. Before proceeding with his work, he explained the problem and estimated a reasonable cost; later, he should me the broken parts to assure me of the work to be complete. His assistant was excellent as well; he too was well groomed, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend Pristine Plumbers.

Rob Parsons was incredibly knowledgeable. He offered options and also informed me of options that would improve my overall plumbing longevity. Everything was explained and absolutely no over or hard selling. I am thrilled I found this Company and truly consider Rob my plumber!! He also had a young man, John with him that he was training. His patience was obvious and he always asked his trainee Questions or talked through exactly what he was doing and why. Thank you for training a new generation. I believe they told me it’s a four year training commitment. Can only respect both Rob and Pristine Plumbing for have a training program!! Thank you!
