This InTown Suites do not deserve any stars at all!!! the manager Steven Squires has violated every code of conduct by dealing with tenants....in agreement with North Carolina landlord intended laws....he does not protect his tenants or uphold his profession in hospitality!!!! room #332 and #334 are horrible conditions people with bronchitis and lung cancer are getting more sick!!!! the building needs to be shut down!!!! And people rates should be decreased and credit for the malicious acts that he is providing!!!!! because of Mr Steve taking and stealing money!!!!! from customers jacking up prices just to put down regular price still in the computer!!!!! locking out tenants without no probable cause and no eviction notices!!!!! harassing tenants going in a rooms without speaking or notifying himself!!!! He is very unprofessional and something needs to happen quick and soon!!!!!! Before tenants get sick and lose part of their life by dealing with the slum manager! that there has EVRN BEEN IN HOSPITALITY ENVIRONMENT MR STEVEN SQUIRES!

The manager has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Calls to corporate office get rerouted back to him. He makes up corporate policy just to kick people off the property and when you call corporate to verify that policy. It doesn't exist. He needs to be fired judging by the complaints he has gotten on here. As you can see that Steve is a liar. THERE IS NO COMPANY POLICY. I like how the person I'm complaining about is allowed to answer his own complaints.

The man at the front desk was a lifesaver when I checked in!! Another hotel had flooded and was grateful for his assistance. Very professional and upbeat!! Thank you!

It's cheaper than most, has a stove and fridge. But there are roaches and people literally urinate in the elevator and sometimes outside your door. But I like that they have decent cable, a laundry room, and people to clean your room once a week. The manager is a nice guy and the girl that works there too. It's not so bad and if you keep your room decent, you won't see many roaches!

I am his baby mother and wife i just had our baby and he is in the hospital cause brian was cheating on me and gave me hiv so i left him we had an apartment in Raleigh and i left Thanksgiving day he got put out right after that December 1 and we haven't talk after that but i do want him to see his son i hope its the right one Can you give me his room number cause the front desk wont give it to me
