I moved here two years ago. I absolutely love this place. The residents are friendly. Like I love the residents in my whole building . The office staff is very friendly and everytime I have called for maintenance they have came within 30 minutes and fixed the problem. I most definitely would recommend all my friends and family to live here. When you follow the rules everything always is great and makes it great for myself and others. I have never felt unsafe as I work at all times of the day and night. Parking can use a lil tweaking but other than that it gets two thumbs up from me.

Hi there and thank you for your interest in our community. We do not currently have any units available but, if you'd like, I can definitely put your name down and get back to you as soon as we have any changes. We have a total of 108 apartments here and 20 of them are located on the side street leading in to the Oakshire neighborhood. That leaves 88 units that are not on the side street and not within 'hearing' range of the bar.
I'm sorry. I don't follow you question. However rates will depend on the floor plan of the unit you are renting. Our 1 bedrooms range from $775 - $820, 2 bedrooms range from $920 - 1020, and 3 bedrooms from $1100.
