Panera is my go-to for fast food. I have liked it for a very long time because their chicken is good quality. This review is mainly for my experience with a specific employee, Spencer. He is a great example of someone you would want to have handle your food. After taking the payment, Spencer turned to the sink, washed his hands, and tactically wore his gloves before packing my daughter's desert. I never noticed the sink even though I have visited this location since it opened. Spencer should be a model for the other employees. He put a smile on my face! Welldone Spencer! I truly appreciate your hygiene!

It’s really hard to say this because we LOVE Panera but… this location has gone downhill in the past few years. Prices have increased (understandably with inflation) but the portion sizes have almost been cut in half-pictured. The dressing container for take-out orders had barely a tablespoon of dressing in it. Additionally, I always ask for one single specific item (which the app allows for so it shouldn’t be uncommon or unreasonable) that has completely been ignored several times with no explanation. Unfortunately, It hasn’t been worth the drive or the money in the past few visits.

The soup and sandwiches were fresh and very delicious. Make sure to get the add-on for a dollar or two more and pick up a second sandwich. They usually don't offer that but got two chicken sandwiches for the price of one plus a dollar or two more.

They never have enough help. Sometimes the will close mid-day or close the drive up. They will have you pull up to wait for order and never bring it out. The list of negatives goes on and on. How does this pizza make it to a customer looking like this? Very poor management! I would close up shop and reopen once under control with new management & help!

All that means is the manager is not performing their job. This needs to be brought to the attention of the ownership.
Seating is distanced, staff and all customers swrved in the restaurant must wear masks. Hand sanitizer is avaolable at the enterence.
Some leafy veggies from some South America vendors have been found to be watered during growth with unclean water. They, and other restaurants, have been forced to limit menu selections for justifyable health reasons
