This Y location is 5 minutes from my home our but my wife and I have to go to Raleigh to enjoy the pool because that Y offers programs designed for seniors and the disabled. I’m disabled and the Y in Raleigh offers programs and classes that help with my mobility.

The Johnston County YMCA offices are located at the Poole Family YMCA in Garner. The Poole Family YMCA at this same address does indeed have aerobics classes and other group fitness classes.
