Thank you so much management for your assistance. You really are a one of a kind employer and the team of employees you run is phenomenal. Every store should have a caring manager as you do! Thank you again once more.

I went to Bi-Mart for the first time because I was “buy-curious”. I had no idea what they sold. Turns out they sell like everything. It’s like a more downscale Target but with less clothing selection and more outdoor, automotive, and pet stuff. Or a more upscale K Mart with less, well, garbage and more outdoor, automotive, and pet stuff. A quick comparison of prices on things I’m familiar with indicated their prices were better than Safeway and Fred Meyer. Staff there were friendly. The overall ambiance felt cheap; almost retro. They’re not even trying to be trendy or hip haha. I’d go again if I needed something.

I have never seen anything that says you can't park there. I know that Walmart in Newport has signs that say no overnight parking. There's public parking and I think it's on 3rd St. You have to turn right immediately after you see a bowling alley on the right side of the street. You can barely see the street and it's easy to miss. It's north of on Highway 101. Turn right at the intersection where the factory outlets are. I hope you can find it. It's at the bottom of the hill.
Masks are required, as well as 6 ft. social distancing protocols. The staff wear masks and are required to disinfect surfaces between visits. There are safety dividers at the check stands.
Hello Judy, In answer to your question, state and county laws say that: "The dealer may refuse to accept: 1. More than 144 individual empty beverage containers per person per day. 2. Containers of the kind of beverage (beer, water, etc.) not sold by the dealer. 3. Containers for beverages that were not purchased in Oregon. 4. Beverage containers visibly containing or contaminated by a substance other than water, residue of the original contents or ordinary dust."
They don't actually check your card for entry or purchase anymore, so a membership card isn't really required, unless you just want to play the lucky numbers.
