I really don't like this location. Can't have fresh food unless the store manager is there and never offers a replacement meal for the inconvenience and the consistent inconvenience. its 948 am and their lobby is still closed. It is a regularly bad experience at this location and i stay away for long periods and then decide to give it a chance again and same experience.

Slow service. After ordering we waited about 15 minutes and watched people who came in after us get their food. I asked if there was a problem with our order. The was kind of rude and didn’t really say why it was taking so long. A few minutes later the manager asked if I had been helped. I said ‘kinda’. He goes in the back and about two minutes later the cashier drops my order on the counter and walks away. No ketchup for the fries, no sauce for the chicken stars. Burger King is just up the street…..

I always get the Famous Star here. Never a variance, always good, evencwith the current "Covid" price. Sometimes they forget to say thank you... hey... I could go somewhere else... but usually I'm satisfied with the service.

Asked for my 2 beyond burgers to be cooked just a little more than usual. They were burned bad. And the fries were over cooked. I tried to call and the number on the receipt its a fax. Customer sevice sucked!! How do i get my money back!!
