Continues to deliver other peoples mail to our address- it’s been five months of this going on. Our box is labeled with current residents names there’s no excuse for this. I’ve called four times and spoke with our mail carriers directly. I’ve sent it back using the codes and labeling that’s been instructed and two days later we get it right back to us over and over again. What am I supposed to do with all this mail that isn’t mine? It’s a felony to take someone else mail and dispose of it. So frustrating- read the inside of the mail box please and get it fixed. Also if something is labeled not at address return to sender don’t just recycle it back to my mail box- these people have never lived here. Leaving this review to hopefully resolve as I’m at a loss of what else to do.

They don't drop off packages. I have several amount of packages I ordered online and shipped via USPS and everytime I expect my package to be delivered there's always an issue saying the mailbox is full when package mailbox isn't occupied or the package won't even fit in the mailbox. I was told that they couldn't drop off the package at the front door. UPS, FedEx and other shipping companies drop off my packages at the front door with no problem. I've lived in different zip code in Eugene/Springfield area and never had issues with USPS. However, this usps doesnt and this is the first time I encounter that don't drop off packages. am just so disappointed and hope my future orders won't be shipped via USPS again cos I am tired picking up my package every single time.

At a time this was my favorite location to visit. Usually short lines super friendly desk staff. All the things you usually want in a post office. Unfortunately this is also my home address post office. In my opinion they don't take mail delivery seriously. They don't take customer service seriously. They'll do their "best" but at the end of the day it's not really their fault if your mail gets rejected or returned or not delivered. It's not like they're completely responsible for delivery of mail put into the US postal service right?

I live in an apartment complex with locking mailboxes and a parcel locker for larger packages and yet a large number of my packages end up misdelivered. Employees need to pay attention and care that the right person gets the right package. It should be the safest way to receive a package but not with the local USPS involved. EDIT: after reporting two most recent missing packages the local office contacted me daily and spent time searching. After two days my packages were recovered and delivered to my box. Their efforts were sincere and successful.

If someone addressed it to "general delivery" with your name and the post office address, yes. I believe you'd need to bring ID to the desk.
Monday through Friday 830am to 500pm
Depends on the size
Certainly, if it is Priority or 1st Class. Ground or Media rate, which lack free forwarding/return--check with an office offering General Delivery (97401/Eugene and Spfld/97477) for limitations. Unclaimed items returned after 30 days.
Retail hrs, 8:30 to 5:00 M-F, plus Saturday morning 7:30-1:00 PM--ring buzzer beside inside door just outside retail lobby.
Lobby is currently open 24 hrs. Sign up for Informed Delivery at USPS.com and you will receive emails that tell you what's being delivered to your box.
Stop by your local post office and explain the situation to them. -Supervisor of the Postal Service

Yes. All sizes are available
Go online to USPS.com
Currently being done once weekly, late in week. You get called immediately afterward to pick up keys.
Yes, it is/was.
A small charge must be made to a debit or credit card, that allows USPS to verify that the person ordering the change online is the same one whose mail is to be forwarded and that the card's billing address currently agrees with the old address. Won't be accepted if not. Don't waste money on outside vendors offering to submit change of address for big dollars, submit on paper form instead. Available at USPS stations.
